BlueSky® Air Cleaners are mobile, cartridge-filter air-filtration systems. The assembled configurations are capable of processing air volumes of up to 60,000 CFM (100.000 m3/hour) depending on the dust type and modules used.
The system uses reverse-pulse filter-cleaning BlueSky® Pontoons. This unique design cleans all filters simultaneously, to prevent cross-filter contamination common in all other dust collector designs. By avoiding cross-filter contamination both filter performance and filter life-span are greatly enhanced.
A robust BlueSky® Carrier is incorporated, and in conventional applications, this can be a roll-off dumpster-style suited to conventional commercial trucking.

A BlueSky air-cleaning system can handle hazardous and non-hazardous dust types. It can also be configured as a dry-scrubbing system to capture or neutralize gaseous contaminants. A single BlueSky machine can induce 2,500 - 60,000 SCFM. Each machine is mobile, or can be placed on a fixed stand based on the project need.
